Does Presidential Decree 1572 cover minor repair activities offered by the shop? The repair activities are not the main focus of the shop / business entity, but the said service is still provided. However, repair work is done by a mechanic who is NOT employed by the shop. Tools used by the mechanic are also all his own. Should we still apply for accreditation in accordance to Presidential Decree 1572?
What is a pro forma decree of incorporation? I can't find anything saying our church is a not for profit organization (although I've always thought it was), but I found a pro forma decree of incorporation. Are there any similarities between the two?

Vistation of Children--He is to visit from 12 to 4 on Saturday's or as we mutally agree! He is to pay $375.00 per week support for me and the children through the Child Support Bureau. He is behind over $61,000.00 in child support! The Child Support Attorney for my County in Ohio requested the court impose the 30 days of suppended jail sentence but on the date that the imposition was to be heard he filed a motion to request emerangecy custody of 3 of the 5 children. Even though he mutally agreed that 2 of the children could reside with him; and were; they all had been going to the same school since November of 2005. Because I was the guardian and residential parent all 5 Ohio law requires that all go to the school the custiodian and or guardian resides in. The decree has been final for over 2 years but he doesn't want to go to jail so he is filing everything. How does vitims of abuse get stability when judges do th>
How do I change my name on a passport without a court order or decree? My name with the Social Security office was Brandon W (it was illegally/informally changed by my stepfather Mr. W, when my name is really Brandon P.). I had my passport under Brandon W. I went to the SSO and changed my name to Brandon P. I did not go to court. My name is now Brandon P on my Social Security card, birth cert, and drivers license. Passport agencies want a court order or decree. I do not have one. What do I do? I thought about reapplying for a new passport altogether. However, I think they will see that I have a passport already issued under Brandon W.
Can I make my husband do this in the divorce decree? A month ago I lost my son during pregnancy. My husband has been a jerk about the whole thing and I have slowly started to realize what kind of person he really is. Since he was not there for me in my time of need I want him to donate 200 dollars in memory of our baby to an infant loss awareness group here in Atlanta. Can that be put in the divorce decree? Thank you.

What is your interpretation of this paragraph in a modified order of a decree? Specifically: 1) For visitation from June 15 - Aug 15, when is the plantiff to send a letter to the Dept. of Health & Welfare? 2) Is the request to be made by the defendant before, during or after the visitation? "For any period exceeding 30 consecutive days that the Defendant has physical custody of the children for visitation purposes, upon request of the Defendant, Plantiff shall send the Child Support Division of the Dept. of Health and Welfare a signed statement within 10 days of the request. Such statement shall identify the exact dates the children were with the Defendant, and acknowledge that the child support is to be reduced as provided by this Order for that period"
Have you ever had an ex file to modify your original divorce decree? For what reasons? Care to share the details? My ex filed to force me to split the drive with him on his weekend visitation. He makes $100,00 a year. I am the custodial parent raising the child full time on $17,000 a year. Yet surprisingly the courts are going to give him what he wants.
Is decree good in a monarch deck? I can get decree to counter rugs. but the problem is that i am also running frog. so is it worth the risk? (If one of my friend is looking at this, go piss off somewhere.)
I have been paying for health insurance as stated in my divorce decree for 8 years. Can my ex change this? We have 2 children. A few months ago, he added them to his PPO health insurance policy. Now that our oldest has turned 19, he, understandably, wants to modify the child support. Problem is though, that he feels that I am paying too much for health insurance and since the child support is factored by the fact that even though I am the custodiall parent, our divorce decree states that I am to have them covered (as I have for 8 years). His policy is much cheaper but only because it is PPO. I know that he wants to see if a judge will now say that it is his responsibility to have our daughter covered by his policy and not mine. We're in Alabama. Can someone tell me how likely this may be? Thanks! I know that he can legally try to do this. Sure, it will save him a ton of money but the way I look at is, 1)He will be paying more each time she has a doctor's visit as he has to pay 1/2 of all out of pocket medical expenses and 2)I still pay the same amt for insurnace whether our 14 year old is on the policy or not, so technically, he is taking money from her since I will have to spend more on insurance each month. Make sense? I just want to know if a judge really may change it after all these years. Should I fight it or drop it?
Can a disclaimers DEED void a divorce decree for an amount owed to buy me out of our jointly owned home? I got divorced and my ex is supposed to refinance the home and pay me $15,000.He can refinance but wants me to sign a quitclaim deed and a disclaimer deed without paying me. The house will go into foreclosure if he doesn't refinance because he is so far behind on the payments but he will not have enough left over to pay me.I need my name off the deed but I also need my $15,000.Will signing the papers void the divorce agreement? Will I still be able to get him to pay me?I can't afford a lawyer nor do I have time to see one.

I have a full time job and support my children by myself with no handouts, or assistance. i want to find out about my heritage and any benefits pertaining to some help with college or continued education. some of you read way too much into a question!
I was awarded a judgement for legal fees in my Divorce Decree Enforcement, EX refuses to pay me, what do I do? Anybody in Texas, have any advice? I was told by my attorney's legal aid that the attorney would just need to file a simple "WRIT" and this would attach the judgement to the EX's estate. I was also, told that the judgement needs to be filed with the TX States' Attorney Generals office. Can I do that, how and what do I need to provide? I have fired my attorney, all she did was get another court date set, that's bull! Please only serious responses to this matter. Any advice greatly appreciated. Should I just cut my loses, forgive, and forget? What's the best revenge to get even with the Nazi EX B*5T*RD? This is the third time we all have gone to court, I think I got screwed by the lawyer I hired, she was so non-confrontational. I live in another county, 400 miles away, the court is in Tarrant county, Fort Worth TX. I thought the attorney had already filed the WRIT, actually what is a writ? I confused.
On what date do you start counting from in a divorce decree? If a divorce decree says you have 45 days to comply, when do you start counting those days and how. On the date of the court trial and decision or the date the decree is filed which appears on the decree ? Also do you count only 'business days' or all of them? Court date was april 30, agreements were made during court. Decree says filed May 21st... which date do I use? Divorce decree does not specify start date.
Original Divorce Decree - REAL legal advise only please? Original Decree was Revised - Will the Revision over-ride the Original, when claiming the youngest child is involved? Mother had full custody of the youngest child. Father did not. But original decree (back in 94) claims that he can claim her when she is the only child left to claim. Revisions were to share custody with two older children, however, nothing was stated in the revision about who would claim who. Mother chose differently in raising and supporting financially (paying car insurance, paying college tuition). Father will not support financially (this child) in these two areas, however said he could claim her,as the original decree stated this back in 94..... Can he claim her, even though there have been 2 revisions since, which do not note that he can? Thanks! Mary B - This was my fear. Father has never had custody, however, he sent me a copy of the decree (from back in '94) where it says he can claim her. No matter what, I will continue to help her pay for college, and car ins. There is one additional (I'll call) string of hope; he was supposed to be claiming her all along .. but claimed her brother (who is one year older) instead (and I have claimed her all these years). Will this have any bearing on the outcome if audited, if he has never claimed her, but decree says he should have been? Thanks

But now my soon to be ex as said he wants to get full custody of them but he lives with his mum, in a 2 bedroom house i have a 3 bedroom house the children have schools around the corner family close by. I should say i have met a lovely man but i fell pregnant very unplanned will this make a difference. Can I request a copy of his divorce decree at the courthouse just to see what it says? He was divorced in another county. I have asked him about his divorce settlement but he never says anything except he will support his kids til they graduate college and his ex will not get any part of his railroad retirement. Sometimes I wonder if he is telling me the truth. Am I crazy to wonder or should I just let it go and risk ending up supporting him in our old age? Do railroaders retire well or are they dirt poor. He keeps me pretty much in the dark. I am suspicious because of my own retirement and age. I am a lot younger. He will retire in about 5 yrs and I work full time and make just as much if not more than he does. I am 12 yrs younger than he is.
If you have joint shared custody with no custodial parent mentioned in the divorce decree? nor is there any visitation mentioned. Does this mean that the time is split evenly? Lately my ex has been taking extended vacations and leaving the kids with me and if it is joint shared custody, does this mean I should be compensated for the time away? We do have a parenting plan which just mentions the split of holidays and we are allowed a 2 week vacation during the summer months, etc.
