Does Presidential Decree 1572 cover minor repair activities offered by the shop?

The repair activities are not the main focus of the shop / business entity, but the said service is still provided. However, repair work is done by a mechanic who is NOT employed by the shop. Tools used by the mechanic are also all his own. Should we still apply for accreditation in accordance to Presidential Decree 1572?

1. only if you consider the ramification of the acivities not offered by the shop. the rusults could be an inclusive market fore the democrates to imbibe. resulting in an illussive market of lack luster representatives. if so ill concieved. ;)
